Traditional dress parades, multicultural food events, art displays, music, dance and liturgies were just some of the ways communities came together to share and celebrate their heritage.
Students and staff embraced the opportunity to learn about one another’s backgrounds and celebrate what makes each person unique.
While the celebrations highlighted diversity, the message was the same across all schools; everyone belongs. Harmony Week was a reminder of the power in learning from each other and how this respect supports inclusive communities where evert culture is recognised and every student feels at home.
