Every year since 2022, our Diocesan community has gathered to pray with LGBTIQ+ people, their families, friends, and supporters.

The Liturgy celebrates the presence of God and the contribution of LGBTIQ+ people in our parishes, schools, early learning centres, CatholicCare, and other ministries.

We strive to live the message of the Synod on Synodality (#115): “Our commitment, supported by the Spirit, is to ensure that the Church is perceived as a welcoming home, a sacrament of encounter and salvation, a school of communion for all the sons and daughters of God.”

Our joyful and meaningful Liturgy will be followed by a fabulous supper.
