Living Out Your Call
God calls us in many ways. Discover how these pathways can be lived today.
Priesthood
The priesthood is a vocation of sacramental service. Through ordination, a priest is configured to Christ the Good Shepherd, called to preach the Word, celebrate the Sacraments, and guide the People of God.
Priests accompany people at life’s most profound moments – baptism, marriage, reconciliation, Eucharist, and anointing of the sick – standing as a visible reminder of God’s presence. This life is not about personal glory, but about offering one’s whole self so that others may encounter Christ.
Religious Life
Religious life is a radical response of love to God’s invitation. Women and men in religious communities profess vows of poverty, chastity, and obedience, dedicating their lives to prayer, service, and community.
Some serve in schools, hospitals, and parishes. Others live a contemplative life of prayer behind monastery walls. Whether active or contemplative, all religious embody a profound witness that Christ is enough, and that His Kingdom is worth giving everything for.
Single Life & Mission
Some are called to live out their baptismal call as single people. This path can be temporary or lifelong, but it is no less a vocation. The single life offers a unique freedom to serve God’s people with undivided attention, whether through parish ministries, professional work, friendships, or volunteering.
Lived with faith, the single vocation is not about “waiting for something else,” but about actively choosing to witness Christ’s love in the world. It is a reminder that every Christian, regardless of state in life, has a vital role in God’s mission.
Married & Family Life
Marriage is a vocation of love, commitment, and faithfulness. In the sacrament of marriage, husband and wife become a living sign of Christ’s covenant with His Church. Together, they grow in holiness through the everyday joys and challenges of family life, raising children in the faith, and building a home of love and welcome.
Far from being only a private bond, Christian marriage is a public witness – showing the world that God’s love is faithful, fruitful, and enduring.
