The Office of Safeguarding Team is interested in collecting your feedback about your experience with their services.

If you have had an interaction with the Office of Safeguarding by way of a single phone call, a day’s training or a protracted process spanning weeks or even months, you should receive a follow up email seeking your feedback.

By providing your feedback, you are supporting the Office of Safeguarding in improving their promotions around the safety, welfare and wellbeing of all the children and vulnerable adults with whom we interact. 

The survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete and you can include as much detail as you wish. 

Those who complete the survey will go in the monthly draw to win a $20 gift voucher.
