Notice is hereby given that it is proposed to wind up the above body corporate voluntarily under s.20 of the Roman Catholic Church Communities’ Lands Act 1942 (NSW).
A meeting of members is scheduled for 10 March 2026 at the Catholic Diocese of Maitland-Newcastle, 841 Hunter Street, Newcastle West for a special resolution to consider the body corporate be voluntarily wound up.
